谭超,副研究员、硕士生导师、四川省特聘专家。2012、2013、2018年分别获得英国诺丁汉大学学士、硕士、博士学位,博士师从Chris Rudd教授。2018-2021年清华大学博士后,师从韩敏芳教授。2021-2025年四川大学专职博士后,2026年副研究员,王泽高教授课题组。主要从事二维半导体材料、器件及感存算应用研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、四川省重点研发项目、博士后国际交流计划引进项目等,作为项目骨干参与国家重点研发计划项目、中国工程院咨询研究项目等。在Advanced Functional Materials等期刊发表SCI论文18篇,授权国家发明专利2项。指导学生获得四川大学2023年本科优秀毕业论文二等奖,获得四川大学2023年优秀本科班主任。
