Biography

Zegao Wang joined Sichuan University in 2018 and is currently a Professor and Vice Dean in the College of Materials Science and Engineering. He received his PhD degree in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2014, under the supervision of Academician Yanrong Li. From 2014 to 2018, he conducted postdoctoral research at Aarhus University, Denmark, working with Academician Flemming Besenbacher and Professor Mingdong Dong. His research focuses on wafer-scale synthesis of emerging two-dimensional semiconductors, electronic thin films and devices, and high-performance optoelectronic sensor. He has published more than 200 peer-reviewed papers in leading journals such as Nature Electronics, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, and ACS Nano, and holds nearly 30 granted Chinese invention patents. Zegao Wang is a recipient of several talent and research programs, including the National Young Talent Program of China, the Sichuan “Tianfu–Emei” Distinguished Expert Program.

王泽高，四川大学教授、博士生导师、国家级青年人才、四川省特聘专家（天府峨眉计划）、四川省科协海智计划特聘专家。师从李言荣院士于2014年获微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。2014-2018年师从丹麦Flemming Besenbacher院士和Mingdong Dong教授开展博士后训练。2018年加入四川大学，主要从事新型二维半导体晶圆制备与高性能传感器件研究，已在如Nature Electronics, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Nano等期刊发表论文200余篇。获得中国授权发明专利近30项。担任《Science China Materials》、《红外与激光工程》、《四川大学学报自然科学版》等8个期刊编委。在教学上，讲授《半导体物理与材料》、《医用传感材料与器件》等8门课程，部分课程获四川大学课程思政课程建设支持，获2022年国家教学成果一等奖、第十六届国家创新年会优秀论文指导教师、2023年四川大学优秀共产党员等荣誉称号。指导的本科生相继在斯坦福、香港理工、北大、复旦、南大、川大等著名学府深造；指导的硕士生就业于华为、中兴通讯、新华三等企业。
